Strategis London Ltd is a private, holding and oversight group working across commercial property joint ventures and select asset-backed opportunities. We work with operators, landowners, advisers and capital counterparties where the outcome is determined as much by structure and execution discipline as by the underlying asset.
Our role is to bring clarity early—aligning stakeholders, establishing decision rights, and setting a reporting cadence that keeps delivery predictable. Much of our work is conducted in confidence, and where appropriate we operate through SPVs and project entities alongside specialist counterparties.

Within UK commercial real estate, we tend to engage where there is a clear pathway to value creation—repositioning, operational improvement, leasing strategy, refurbishment or change-of-use—supported by credible counterparties and realistic delivery plans. Governance is established upfront so that decisions remain controlled as conditions evolve, and projects remain aligned to agreed commercial objectives.
In addition to real estate assets, Strategis may review a wider set of select commercial opportunities, including exposure to listed and liquid markets and specialist situations where timing, governance and counterparty quality are decisive. Opportunities can be UK-based or overseas, limited to jurisdictions where the legal, regulatory and execution environment supports disciplined delivery.
